Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Private Bankers / Wealth Managers for a leading wealth management organization.

This is a client-facing role focused on acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients, providing wealth advisory solutions, growing AUM, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI client relationships.
- Drive recent client acquisition and business development.
- Provide portfolio management and investment advisory services.
- Recommend and cross-sell wealth products including Bonds, PMS, AIFs and Mutual Funds.
- Build long-term relationships and increase client wallet share.
- Drive revenue and AUM growth as per business objectives.
- Network with prospective HNI/UHNI clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor and support team members where applicable.
- Maintain strong individual business performance and client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking or NBFC Wealth preferred.
- Proven track record of handling HNI/UHNI clients.
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills.




- Strong client acquisition and business development capabilities.
- Candidates with exceptional individual performance and leadership potential may also be considered without prior team-handling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- NISM Certification is mandatory.

AUM & Business Criteria

- Individual AUM Book: 200 Cr+
- Team AUM: 600 Cr+ preferred
- Average Ticket Size: 2–3 Cr+
- PCG candidates with 100 Cr+ AUM may also be considered.
- For Hyderabad, strong PCG candidates with lower ticket sizes may also be considered.

Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Compensation

Compensation will be aligned with the candidate's experience, business capability and AUM portfolio.
