High School Coordinator – IIT Foundation

Location: Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 5+ years in High School Academics / Coordination

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced High School Coordinator with strong expertise in IIT Foundation programmes. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing academic operations, supporting faculty, monitoring student performance, and ensuring effective implementation of the IIT Foundation curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate academic activities for the High School section.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of the IIT Foundation programme.
- Coordinate with Mathematics and Science faculty to ensure strong conceptual learning.
- Monitor student academic performance through regular assessments and reviews.
- Mentor and guide teachers to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
- Prepare and monitor academic schedules, assessments, and intervention plans.
- Analyse student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate IIT Foundation tests, practice sessions, Olympiads, and competitive-exam-oriented activities.




- Work closely with the Principal and academic leadership team.

Candidate Profile

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed. preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in High School academic coordination/leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience in IIT Foundation programmes is essential.
- Valuable understanding of Mathematics and Science at the secondary level.
- Experience in a reputed school or integrated IIT Foundation programme will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team-management skills.
- Ability to mentor teachers and drive measurable academic outcomes.
