Job Title: Interior Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Interior Site Engineer to supervise and execute interior fit-out projects while ensuring quality, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site activities and workforce.
- Execute projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality control and finishing standards.
- Measure site progress and prepare daily work reports.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor site inventory.
- Verify measurements and prepare work quantity reports.
- Resolve site issues and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth project execution.




- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Solid leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Software Knowledge

- AutoCAD

- Basic knowledge of SketchUp/Revit (preferred)

Salary

As per experience and company standards.

Working Hours

As per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
