- Hands-on experience with Zoho One, CRM, People, Payroll, Books, Creator, Analytics and Flow.
- Robust knowledge of Deluge scripting, workflows, automation and custom functions.
- Experience in API integration, webhooks and third-party integrations.
- Develop and customize Zoho applications based on business requirements.
- Automate HR, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Sales, CRM and Accounts processes.
- Manage data synchronization and integrations across multiple Zoho applications.
- Create customized reports, dashboards and MIS.
- Troubleshoot, test and resolve Zoho application and integration issues.
- Experience in requirement gathering, application development, deployment and support.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales and Management teams for process automation.
