Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with strong experience

in Retail Fit-Out, Shopfitting, Visual Merchandising, Signage, POP/POS Displays, and Interior Fit-Out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, vendor coordination, and project costing for retail and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of materials, production processes, fabrication, and execution methods related to retail interiors and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Estimation

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for retail fit-out, shopfitting, signage, kiosks, VM
- fixtures, POP/POS displays, and interior fit-out projects
- Calculate material quantities, labour costs, machine costs, transportation,
- installation, and subcontractor costs
- Prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with sales and project teams during submissions

2. BOQ Preparation

- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Quantity take-off from production drawings




- Verify measurements and specifications from drawings/site inputs
- Material consumption analysis and wastage calculations
- Rate analysis for all project components

3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

- Obtain quotations from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Compare rates and negotiate for best commercial terms
- Maintain updated vendor database and pricing records
- Coordinate with procurement for cost optimization

4. Technical Evaluation

- Review construction methods and suggest cost-effective alternatives
- Value engineering for project optimization
- Study production feasibility for signage, fabrication, and interior elements
- Evaluate project risks and cost impact
- Soft Skills: Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Estimation software (preferred), AutoCAD (preferred)
- Educational Qualification: Industry Knowledge, Retail Fit-Out Companies, Shopfitting Companies, Signage Companies, POP/POS Manufacturing Companies, Interior Fit-Out Contractors, Visual Merchandising Companies, Exhibition / Kiosk / Display Fabrication Companies
