Job Role:- Events Lead

Role Summary
Responsible for leading event strategy, governance, and execution across all residences and external venues, ensuring consistent experience standards, discretion, and seamless delivery aligned with family expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Define event vision, experience standards, and service benchmarks across residences
- Lead and Manage Event Managers across key bungalows
- Oversee end-to-end event planning, execution, and post-event review
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple locations
- Provide governance and on-ground oversight for flagship events
- Build and manage vendor partnerships, negotiations, and performance standards
- Oversee event budgets, cost optimisation, and financial discipline
- Act as primary interface with family stakeholders
- Coordinate with estate, security, travel, and support teams
- Ensure SOP compliance, readiness protocols, and confidentiality standards




- Anticipate and mitigate operational risks for zero-error delivery

Skills & Qualifications

- 15+ years’ experience in luxury events, hospitality, or family environments
- Proven experience managing multiple venues, properties, or event teams

- Vendor negotiation and partner management expertise
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver consistently at scale
