About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Backend Operations & Social Media Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day office operations, maintain records, support the visa processing team, and manage social media activities to improve our online presence.

Responsibilities:Backend Operations:

- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Assist the team with documentation and file management.
- Coordinate with team members for application processing and status updates.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- Support administrative and office-related tasks.

Social Media:

- Create and schedule posts for social media platforms.
- Assist in designing basic creatives, reels, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Help in growing the company's online presence and brand awareness.

Requirements:





- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
