Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Faculty to join our academic team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging HR training and helping students develop robust knowledge of Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical sessions on Human Resource Management.
- Prepare and deliver training materials, presentations, and activities.
- Explain HR concepts, processes, and industry practices clearly.
- Provide practical examples and case studies to improve student understanding.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and evaluations.
- Guide and support students throughout the training program.
- Stay updated with current HR trends, tools,



and industry practices.
- Maintain student performance and attendance records.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding training schedules and student progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR and/or training.
- Strong knowledge of HRM concepts and practices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
- Candidates with industry experience and teaching/training experience are preferred.
