We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to join our team at our head office in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with at least 4 years in an operations management role. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all operational activities within the manufacturing facility to ensure smooth production operations and achieve business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of department heads, supervisors, and operators to ensure the effective execution of operations.
- Implement and continuously improve manufacturing processes, focusing on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies at all times.
- Analyze key operational data and KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimal resource management (materials, equipment, and manpower) to meet production schedules.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align production goals with inventory, quality, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with senior management to set long-term operational strategies and objectives.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (such as Lean, Six Sigma) to improve operational processes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring smooth raw material supply and inventory management.
- Resolve production and operational challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in an operations management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. An MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Robust knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve operational goals.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing software, and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in English ,Malayalam and Hindi .
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
