We're looking for an warehouse operation manager for mandya location with minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in the relevant filed.A Warehouse Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations within a warehouse facility. The responsibilities include:

1. *Inventory Management:*

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.

- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

2. *Storage and Space Utilization:*

- Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval.

- Implement proper shelving and labeling systems to enhance accessibility.

- Plan for space expansion or reorganization as needed.

3. *Shipping and Receiving:*

- Oversee the receiving and shipping of goods.

- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.

4. *Order Fulfillment:*

- Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.

- Implement procedures to expedite order fulfillment and reduce errors.

- Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations.

5. *Team Management:*

- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.

- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

- Foster a positive and protected working environment.

6. *Health and Safety Compliance:*





- Enforce safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse.

- Conduct regular safety training for warehouse personnel.

- Investigate and address any safety concerns promptly.

7. *Equipment Maintenance:*

- Ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyors).

- Schedule routine equipment inspections and repairs.

8. *Reporting and Documentation:*

- Generate and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and efficiency metrics.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, inventory, and personnel.

9. *Process Improvement:*

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.

- Continuously evaluate and optimize warehouse workflows.

10. *Customer Service:*

- Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns related to inventory and order status.

- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment.

11. *Budget Management:*

- Assist in the development and management of the warehouse budget.

- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
