Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil, Interior Design or related field

Job Purpose:
Supervise and coordinate interior, civil finishing, renovation, and facility maintenance works, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise interior and civil finishing activities at site.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and workmen.
- Monitor flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, partitions, furniture, electrical, plumbing, glass and aluminium works.
- Check work quality, measurements, BOQ, materials and project progress.




- Verify contractor work and bills based on actual measurements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, EHS and other departments.
- Maintain daily progress, material and manpower records.
- Identify and close defects, snags and incomplete works.
- Ensure safety, PPE, housekeeping and minimum disturbance to plant/office operations.
- Support estimates, BOQs, renovation and maintenance projects.
- Provide regular project status updates to management.

Pay: ₹10,156.90 - ₹30,000.02 per month
