Job Description: Faculty – Soft Sill Trainer

Position Title: Soft Sill Trainer
Department: BBA and BCA
Location: I.T.S College of Skilled Studies, Greater Noida
Reporting To: Principal

Role Objective

To design, deliver, and evaluate Personality Development sessions for BBA and BCA students, aimed at improving their communication, interpersonal skills, grooming, professional etiquette, and overall confidence, thereby preparing them for corporate and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Delivery
- Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills, soft skills, public speaking, group discussions, personal grooming, and interview preparation.
- Train students in professional etiquette, workplace ethics, and corporate behavior.
- Guide students on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, leadership, and teamwork.
- Curriculum & Module Development
- Design and customize PDP modules aligned with the needs of management and IT students.
- Incorporate case studies, role plays, mock interviews, and group activities.
- Update training content regularly based on industry expectations.
- Student Mentoring




- Provide one-on-one mentoring and feedback to students for personal growth.
- Identify strengths and areas of improvement for each student.
- Assessment & Reporting
- Conduct regular evaluations through mock interviews, presentations, and activities.
- Share feedback reports with academic coordinators and contribute to student performance reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree (MBA in HR)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching/training experience in Personality Development / Soft Skills / Corporate Training.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Knowledge of corporate expectations and employability skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools.

Employment Type

- Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
