Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Franchise Development.
The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, franchise development, presentations and converting potential leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle FCO/Franchisee business development activities.
- Generate and follow up on business leads.
- Meet clients, franchisees and potential business partners.
- Conduct business presentations and explain franchise opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into franchise/business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the franchise onboarding process.
- Travel across Bangalore and other locations in India for business meetings when required.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and provide business updates.
- Achieve assigned business development and conversion targets.
- Submit regular reports on leads, meetings and conversions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Franchise Development.
- Candidates based in Bangalore preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Must be fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and English.
- Malayalam or Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Comfortable with client meetings and business travel.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore and Pan India as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
