Role Focus:
Short-Term Personal Loans
Payday Loans

Job Description (JD):
Evaluate loan applications and assess customer creditworthiness
Analyze financial data, CIBIL reports, and risk parameters
Approve/reject loan applications based on company policies
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with operations and collections team
Maintain portfolio quality and minimize risk
Handle customer queries related to loan approvals
Eligibility:
Freshers & Experienced candidates both are welcome




Basic understanding of credit/risk assessment preferred
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Valuable communication skills
