Job Title : HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist / HR Recruiter with strong healthcare recruitment and hospital HR experience. Candidates with hands-on experience in a NABH-accredited organization are preferred and NABH working experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate joining
- Handle healthcare recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, references and qualified networks
- Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads
- Manage candidate sourcing, talent acquisition and recruitment pipeline
- Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, background verification and joining formalities
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker, MIS and recruitment reports




- Coordinate with HODs and management for manpower planning and vacancy closure
- Ensure timely fulfilment of hospital staffing requirements
- Support employee onboarding and HR operations
- Maintain recruitment documentation in line with hospital HR policies and NABH requirements

Qualification :

- Mandatory experience in the Hospital / Healthcare sector
- NABH-accredited hospital experience – Mandatory
- 3+ years of relevant HR / Recruitment experience
