Experienced Video Editor — Remote

We're building a remote video editing team and looking for experienced video editors who can work across different types of content and clients.

We work with businesses, creators, brands, and agencies, so the projects can vary significantly. We're looking for editors with strong fundamentals who can adapt to different editing styles.

Types of content may include:

- Short-form content — Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
- Long-form YouTube videos
- Talking-head videos
- Social media ads
- UGC content
- Podcast clips
- Real estate videos
- Automotive content
- Business/marketing content
- Promotional & commercial videos
- YouTube content
- And other client-specific projects

What we're looking for:

- 1+ years of professional editing experience
- Strong portfolio with actual editing work
- Excellent pacing and storytelling
- Good understanding of hooks and retention
- Strong sound design, music selection, captions, and transitions
- Ability to match references and follow a client's style
- Good attention to detail




- Reliable communication and deadlines
- Ability to handle revisions professionally
- Comfortable working with different types of content

Software

Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or other skilled editing software.
