JOB DESCRIPTION – QUALITY INSPECTOR

Position: Quality Inspector
Department: Quality
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Education: 12th Pass and Above
Reporting To: Quality Manager / Quality Engineer
Salary :- 12000 to 17000 inhand

Job Summary

Responsible for inspecting manufactured components and ensuring they meet customer drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-process and final inspection of components.
- Check dimensions as per drawings and inspection requirements.
- Learn and use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify and report defective/non-conforming parts.




- Maintain proper identification and traceability of inspected parts.
- Follow company quality procedures and ISO requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production team regarding quality issues.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of computers, MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work.
