We are looking for a technically skilled Technical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and technical operations at a residential facility. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP systems and experience in supervising technicians and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily technical and maintenance activities at the site.
- Monitor and maintain Electrical, Plumbing, DG, HVAC, STP, WTP, RO, Pumps, Fire & Safety systems.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time.
- Supervise technicians and allocate daily work.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify technical issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, AMC service providers, and contractors.
- Maintain logbooks, checklists, maintenance records, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site standards.
- Handle emergency breakdowns and technical escalations.
- Support smooth functioning of all MEP and facility systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant technical/facility management experience.
- Experience in residential apartment facility management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Positive team-handling and vendor coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
