About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Plant HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resources functions at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, recruitment, welfare programs, compliance,



and supporting the plant's HR operations to ensure smooth functioning and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manpower planning & manpower deployment at the plant.
- Hiring blue collars.
- Attendance, shift scheduling & payroll coordination
- Employee engagement activities & grievance handling
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Factory Act, contractor compliance
- Recruitment & onboarding for staff and workers
- Ability to handle complex employee issues and resolve conflict

Skills Required

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws & plant HR operations
- MS Excel & HRMS familiarity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
