About the Role

EL Bharat is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property-related enquiries, making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, explaining property options, and converting prospects into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential property buyers and investors.
- Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand customers' property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain property details, pricing, location, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, site-visit, and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and property team for smooth client handling.
- Stay updated about available properties, projects, prices, and market trends.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable with telephone calling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, sales, banking, insurance, or property consulting will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
