Location: Guwahati, Assam

Takshasheela School of Civil Services invites applications from knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated Mathematics Faculty to join our academic team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching and developing effective learning strategies for students preparing for various competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and concept-based Mathematics classes for competitive examination aspirants.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Arithmetic, Advanced Mathematics, and other relevant topics.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Explain mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques in a explicit and student-friendly manner.
- Cover topics according to the syllabus and examination patterns of various competitive examinations.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance to students.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and regular assessments.
- Stay updated with changing examination patterns, syllabi, and question trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.

Examination Domains

The faculty may be required to teach Mathematics for one or more of the following examinations:

- UPSC
- APSC
- ADRE




- SSC CGL and other SSC examinations
- RRB NTPC and other Railway examinations
- Banking Examinations (IBPS, SBI, and other Bank PO/Clerk exams)
- CUET
- Other competitive examinations

Eligibility & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant subject.
- 2–3 years of teaching experience in Mathematics for competitive examinations will be preferred.
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Arithmetic, and Advanced Mathematics.
- Experience in teaching UPSC, APSC, ADRE, SSC, Banking, RRB, or other competitive examinations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts through simple and effective methods.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
