Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software to meet business requirements.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees by setting up systems, devices, and user accounts.
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols and procedures to safeguard company data and systems.
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal system performance.
- Document IT processes and procedures and manage data backup and archival activities.
- Develop and maintain data recovery and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide IT support and maintain knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.
- Design and implement effective end-user feedback and issue-reporting systems.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and IT administration best practices.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT Administrator or System Administrator role. Good knowledge of Apple macOS administration and basic networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of IT security best practices, system administration, and data backup procedures.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
