Responsibilities

Location – Kochi, TVM, Calicut

The Site Engineer is responsible for the execution and supervision of the work. And
also responsible for the quality of works and ensure the safety procedures are
followed.

Roles:
Execute & supervise the works as per the program
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for day-to-day execution of the entrusted works as per the
approved plans.
 Provide effective supervision to carry out the work as per the contract
specifications.
 Maintain proper discipline and punctuality at site.
 Co-ordinate with sub-contractor, PRW for achieving production targets.
 Maintain the quality of works & ensure safety procedures are followed
 Periodically report the progress of works, issues needing decisions from
clients / project team to the section in charge.




 Optimum utilization of resources for achieving the targeted production.
 Maintain proper records for billing, utilization of resources etc.
 Ensure compliance of quality, safety and workplace standards as per ISO
9001:2015 and maintenance of site records as per ISO standards.
 Identify the areas for waste reduction and act on ways and measures to
minimize the wastage.
 Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design
professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures,
complaints, and construction problems.
In addition to the above the employee will be responsible for performing
other duties as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
