Job Description – HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have 0.6–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR, with strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and coordination skills. Experience in either IT or Non-IT recruitment is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment based on organizational and client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on communication, experience, skills, attitude, and job suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure candidates join within the committed timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and business hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience





- 0.6 Months – 4 years of experience in HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media for sourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing and recruitment environment.
- Strong target-oriented approach with a focus on closures and business results.
- IT or Non-IT recruitment experience is not mandatory.

- 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

- Work Location- Kasturi Nagar, Near to Tin factory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
