Key Responsibilities:
- Handling client phone calls and service calls
- Communicating with clients and taking required data
- Managing client information and service-related work
- Handling government portals
- Managing office work through computer systems
- Coordinating with the internal team for timely service delivery
Mandatory Requirement:
Excellent English communication is a MUST.
