Office Location: Hanamkonda (Hanumakonda), Banashankari Bangalore (Bangalore), Banjara Hills Hyderabad (Banjara Hills), Baroda Baroda (Baroda), Dilsukhnagar Hyderabad , Hebbal Bangalore (Hebbal), Wakad Pune (Wakad)

Position description:

To assist patient with medicines / medications and answer their queries

Primary Responsibilities:

- Drug Dispensing – Prescription verification before drug dispensing, dispensing correct drug & correct dosage, counsel/explain medication to the patients
- Billing – Correct billing, invoice entries, ARTis entries, verifying entries
- Cash management – Daily cash book management, cash reconciliation & deposit
- Stock/inventory Management – Raise indent, stock arrangement, new drug updations, inward stamping, stock distribution
- Verification/check – Bills, drug expiry date, dues, payments & allocations, package inclusions & exclusions
- Follow-up – Dues & discounts, FIFO, pending bills, vendors
- Coordination – Doctors, Purchase dept, OT team
- Statutory Compliance – maintain Narcotic Drugs (NDPS) record
- Audit – internal, stock, prepare & maintain report
- Report & records – daily, duplicate invoice/bills, monthly consumables, non-movement drugs, revenue, refrigerator log book
- Quality control – quality of managing over all pharmacy,



services to patients
- Knowledge – ARTis, Fertility drugs, pharmacy management
