Job Summary
Eastfield Security Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a disciplined and active Field Officer to manage on-ground operations across assigned client sites in Bangalore. You will serve as the direct link between the management and our deployed security guards. Your primary duty is to enforce discipline, ensure 100% attendance, conduct regular day/night site checks, and maintain excellent relations with client-side representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Site Inspection & Guard Supervision
- Conduct daily bike-borne patrol checks across all assigned client locations.
- Execute mandatory night checks to ensure guards are awake, alert, and in full uniform.
- Verify daily attendance rosters and instantly arrange backup guards for any missing personnel.
- Inspect site registers, visitor logs, and material movement books to ensure accurate records.
On-Site Training & Turnout
- Conduct daily briefing sessions (Line-up) to inspect guard grooming, uniform, and bearing.
- Train guards on fire-fighting equipment, emergency evacuation paths, and basic first aid.
- Educate guards on specific client rules,
visitor management protocols, and gate controls.
Client Coordination & Incident Response
- Meet client facility heads daily to collect feedback on guard performance.
- Resolve minor complaints on the spot and escalate major issues to the Operations Manager.
- Rush to the site immediately during emergencies, thefts, or disputes to handle the situation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate or Ex-Servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary) preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a Guard Supervisor or Field Officer in a security agency.
- Languages: Must speak fluent Kannada and Hindi to manage guard communication effectively.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and smartphone.
- Fitness: High physical fitness required to handle extensive daily motorcycle travel.
