Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day sales operations and export sales activities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain regular customer tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate closely between the Sales and Operations teams for order processing and execution.
- Follow up with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle export sales coordination, including customer communication, order processing, shipment follow-ups, and export-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the ERP system.
- Monitor pending orders, dispatch status, customer requirements, and payment-related follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer follow-up reports, and export-related MIS.
- Communicate effectively with domestic and international customers in English.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution.
- Conduct customer visits and travel for business requirements whenever necessary.




- Support the Sales Head/Management in achieving sales and export business targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 15+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Export Sales, Sales Coordination, or a related field.
- Solid English communication and written skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP software and sales order processing.
- Experience in export sales and coordination is preferred.
- Strong customer follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between Sales and Operations teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business requirements.
- Valid passport is required, as the role may involve international travel.
- Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
