Job Description

George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our Thodupuzha branch. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day HR operations at the branch.

Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.

Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.

Monitor employee attendance, leave, and related records.

Assist with payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.

Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.

Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.





Support performance management and other HR initiatives.

Ensure timely completion of joining, exit, and other HR documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate with the corporate HR team for branch-level HR activities.

Prepare and maintain HR reports as required.

Requirements

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or BBA/B.Com with relevant HR experience.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Experience in the automobile/dealership industry will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of recruitment and employee documentation.

Basic knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll, and HR processes.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Robust organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle employee matters professionally and confidentially.
