Key Responsibilities:

A. 3D CAD Modelling

- Create 3D jewellery designs using software such as Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, Blender, ZBrush, or similar.
- Develop models for rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, and customised pieces.
- Build detailed models including prongs, bezels, channels, galleries, joints, and hinges with manufacturing precision.

B. Technical Accuracy for Manufacturing

- Ensure correct tolerances for stone sizes, metal thickness, prong strength, and shank dimensions.
- Prepare casting-friendly and setting-friendly designs, considering shrinkage, metal flow, and structural durability.
- Add correct weights, measurements, stone counts, and technical specifications in the CAD file.

C. Gemstone Mapping & Setting Layouts

- Accurately place precious and semi-precious gemstones (round, oval, princess, pear, marquise, baguette, etc.).
- Ensure proper spacing for pavé, micro-pavé, and multi-stone designs.
- Evaluate setting feasibility for fragile stones (emerald, opal, tourmaline, etc.).

D. Rendering & Presentation

- Create high-quality rendered images for client approvals,



catalogues, and marketing teams.
- Provide multiple views (top, side, isometric, exploded views) for production and customer clarity.

E. Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with designers, merchandisers, setters, mounters, and production teams to ensure feasibility.
- Modify designs based on feedback from QC, setters, and casting teams.
- Maintain records of design versions, updates, and approved master files.

Skills & Competencies Required

- Solid proficiency in jewellery CAD software (Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, Blender, etc.).
- Deep understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes—casting, filing, setting, and polishing.
- Knowledge of gemstone shapes, measurements, setting styles, and behaviour.
- Ability to prepare lightweight, production-ready designs with minimum defects.
- Experience creating photo-realistic renders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
