Job Description

- Manage the purchase of construction materials, tools, equipment and other project requirements.
- Identify and coordinate with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Project, Stores, Accounts and Site teams for material requirements.
- Monitor material quality, quantity, pricing and delivery schedules.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details and related documentation.
- Ensure materials are procured within the approved budget and project timelines.

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.




- 3–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement in the Civil & Construction industry is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials and suppliers.
- Good negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil and Hindi is preferred.
