Job Description: Service Consultant ======================================== Company: KIMP Royal Enfield, Korba Location: Korba, Chhattisgarh (Nahar Bypass / Dubai Road) Department: Service & Aftersales Reporting To: Workshop Manager / Service Head Position Overview: ------------------ The Service Consultant acts as the primary bridge between Royal Enfield riders and the workshop floor. You will be responsible for providing a premium customer experience, managing vehicle intake, diagnosing motorcycle issues, and driving service revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities ----------------------- * Customer Intake & Diagnosis: Welcome customers, inspect motorcycles thoroughly with the owner, and accurately document mechanical or electrical issues. * Job Card Creation: Generate detailed and transparent Job Cards using the Royal Enfield Dealer Management System (DMS), outlining clear cost estimates and estimated delivery times. * Value-Added Sales: Promote and upsell Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (GMA), extended warranties, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and detailing packages to meet monthly targets.



* Workshop Coordination: Collaborate with floor technicians and the spare parts department to track vehicle progress and ensure timely delivery. * Quality & Delivery: Perform final quality checks, explain itemized invoices clearly during delivery, and conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure maximum customer satisfaction (CSAT). Qualifications & Skills -------------------------- * Education: Graduate or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering. * Experience: 1–3 years as a Service Advisor or Consultant in a two-wheeler dealership (experience with premium bikes or Royal Enfield is a major plus). * Skills: Proficient in using DMS software and MS Excel; excellent communication skills in Hindi and Chhattisgarhi; solid problem-solving and customer handling abilities. * Passions: A genuine interest in the motorcycling culture and community.
