Job Summary

Responsible for managing the tool crib and performing tool setting activities for CNC/VMC machines.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage cutting tools, inserts, holders, and tooling inventory.

· Perform tool setting, tool measurement, and offset setting.

· Ensure timely availability of tools as per production requirements.

· Monitor tool condition, tool life, and consumption.

· Maintain tool crib records and stock.

· Coordinate with Production and Machine Shop teams.

Required Qualification

ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Tool & Die

Experience

2–5 years in Tool Crib & Tool Setting.

Skills Required

- CNC/VMC tool setting
- Cutting tool & insert knowledge
- Tool offset and measurement
- Tool inventory management
- Basic machining knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
