Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD to join our engineering and design team. You will transform conceptual ideas into production-ready 3D models and precise 2D manufacturing drawings.
Key Responsibilities

- Design & Modeling: Create detailed 3D parts, complex assemblies, and layouts using SolidWorks.
- Drafting & Documentation: Produce accurate 2D production drawings, fabrication details, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) using AutoCAD.
- Engineering Analysis: Perform basic load, stress, and tolerance calculations to ensure safety and structural integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure designs are cost-effective and easy to manufacture.
- Revision Control: Manage engineering change notices (ECNs/ECRs) and maintain an organized CAD library.
- Testing & Support:



Assist with prototype assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and design optimization.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency:
- Advanced expertise in SolidWorks (Part modeling, Assemblies, Sheet metal, and Detailing).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and layout design.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of core mechanical engineering principles, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, robust written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. [1, 2, 3]
