Role Overview

Gradeup Academy is looking for an articulate, outcome-driven Academic Counsellor. This is primarily a remote role, with mandatory occasional visits to our Noida office for initial induction, ongoing training sessions, institutional events, and local school outreach.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Parent Academic Counselling & Demo Scheduling: Connect with prospective parents to understand student learning goals, assess academic requirements, counsel them on appropriate learning paths, and schedule live demo sessions for Mental Maths, Coding, and Olympiad Preparation.
- ​Teacher Training Counselling & Workshops: Conduct one-on-one virtual counselling and lead online orientation workshops for educators enrolling in certified Teacher Training programs (Mental Maths, Coding, Abacus).
- ​School Outreach & Institutional Tie-ups: Coordinate outreach to schools to propose student workshops, seminars, and talent search examinations; participate in occasional in-person school visits within the region to secure partnerships.
- ​Student Onboarding & Pipeline Management:



Guide parents and teachers through the complete admission and batch allocation process while maintaining real-time interaction records in CRM sheets.
- ​On-Site Engagements: Attend scheduled in-person induction, quarterly performance and training workshops, and corporate events at our Noida office.

​Candidate Requirements

- ​Proven experience in academic counselling, EdTech admissions, student advising, or inside sales (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).
- ​Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi, with persuasive counselling etiquette.
- ​Proximity to Delhi NCR / Noida to easily accommodate occasional in office office meetings, training, and school visits.
- ​Dedicated home-office setup: personal laptop/desktop, high-speed broadband connection, and a functional headset.
