Roles and Responsibility

- Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, banners, posters, and more.
- Develop unique and innovative visual concepts that align with project objectives and client requirements.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, including color schemes, typography, and imagery, to maintain brand identity.
- Brainstorm and sketch ideas, turning concepts into visually engaging designs.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into your work to keep designs fresh and contemporary.
- Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create and edit graphics.
- Maintain proficiency in design tools and stay current with updates and current software releases.
- Create and update style guides to provide clear design direction for team members and clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, marketing teams,



and other stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Stay open to feedback and revisions to improve designs based on input from clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience - 2 to 4 years
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
