The Person We Want
We don't want someone who simply wants to "do HR."
We want someone who wants to take ownership of HR.
If you are the kind of person who notices when someone is repeatedly late, knows exactly who is on leave, follows up on pending recruitment, keeps salary records perfectly organised and ensures that HR processes don't fall through the cracks — we would like to meet you.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment or people operations is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, consulting, sales or a growing entrepreneurial organisation will be an advantage.
Why Join Us?
You will have the opportunity to build and manage the HR function of a growing real-estate consulting organisation and work closely with the leadership team.
