We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-spoken Sales & Marketing Executive* to join our growing domestic travel company, specializing primarily in *Religious and Pilgrimage Tours across India.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a pleasant personality, positive customer-handling abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
* Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
* Explain tour itineraries, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and travel arrangements to customers.
* Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
* Generate leads through various sales and marketing activities.
* Coordinate with customers, hotels, transport providers and tour operators.
* Maintain customer records and regularly update enquiry and booking status.
* Prepare quotations and customized tour packages as required.
* Handle customer queries and provide timely support before and during the tour.
* Assist in marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
* Perform multiple administrative and operational tasks as required.
