Job Type: Full time | Permanent | Day Shift
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursing Tutor to deliver high-quality nursing and caregiving education. The selected candidate will be responsible for classroom teaching, practical demonstrations, student assessment, clinical coordination, mentoring, and academic administration.The role requires a nursing professional who can effectively train students and ensure they develop the knowledge, practical skills, and professional attitude required for careers in healthcare and caregiving.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Instruction & Training

- Deliver classroom sessions on nursing, healthcare, and caregiving subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, handouts, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions using appropriate teaching methods.
- Train students in basic nursing procedures, patient care, infection control,



vital signs monitoring, personal care, and other relevant healthcare practices.

Practical & Skills Lab Training

- Demonstrate nursing and caregiving procedures in the skills laboratory.
- Supervise students during practical training and ensure proper technique and safety practices.
- Conduct skill assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Ensure the readiness and proper use of training equipment, lab materials, and other resources.

Student Assessment & Mentoring

- Evaluate student performance through written, practical, and clinical assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, grades, and student performance.
- Identify students requiring additional academic or practical support.
- Mentor and guide students regarding their academic progress, professional behaviour, and career opportunities.

Clinical Training & Coordination

- Coordinate clinical exposure and practical training opportunities with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other relevant partners.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance during clinical or field training.
- Support the smooth implementation of internship and practical training programmes.

Academic Administration

- Assist in preparing batch schedules, training timetables, and academic plans.




- Maintain student records and other academic documentation.
- Support curriculum development, course updates, and continuous improvement of training programmes.
- Ensure compliance with institute policies and training standards.

Institutional Support

- Support student orientation, admissions, recruitment activities, and placement initiatives when required.
- Participate in institute events, awareness programmes, and other academic activities.
- Stay updated with current nursing practices, healthcare standards, and training methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognised institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, teaching, training, or academic instruction.
- Experience in nursing education, healthcare training, or caregiving training will be an added advantage.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, or recognised trainer certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor students effectively.
- Good organisational and documentation skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
