- Handle online enquiries and follow up with customers.
- Explain product features, prices, and benefits to customers.
- Make outbound calls to generate sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Maintain enquiry records and update follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further customer support.
Qualification & Skills :
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling and sales skills.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
