We are building a new-age B2B digital platform focused on structuring and digitizing a traditionally fragmented industry ecosystem. The goal is to create a scalable, data-driven collaboration and transaction infrastructure.

With full-stack development handled by an external technology partner, we are now hiring an Internal Product Development executive to own product thinking, documentation, and execution alignment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Development executive who will act as the bridge between:

- Market & end users
- Founders & business strategy
- External technology team

This role is critical in shaping product direction, defining feature specifications, writing PRDs, prioritizing development, and ensuring the platform evolves based on real consumer needs and market strategy.

You will not be coding — you will be owning product structure, clarity, and execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Translate business vision into a structured product roadmap
- Define MVP vs. scalable feature architecture
- Prioritize features based on market need, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Align product development with growth strategy

2. Product Requirement Documentation (PRD)

- Draft detailed PRDs including:
- Feature objectives
- User journeys
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Business logic
- Edge cases
- Data workflows
- Create basic wireframes (low-fidelity acceptable)
- Define process flows for onboarding, collaboration, transaction tracking, reporting, etc.

3. External Tech Team Coordination





- Serve as the primary point of contact between company and third-party developers
- Conduct sprint discussions and planning reviews
- Ensure timely execution as per roadmap
- Validate builds against PRDs
- Manage iteration cycles and refinements

4. Consumer & Market Insights

- Interact regularly with target users
- Collect structured feedback
- Identify friction points in workflows
- Translate qualitative feedback into actionable product enhancements
- Track competitive landscape and industry trends

5. Testing & Quality Control

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify usability gaps and functional issues
- Coordinate bug resolution
- Improve UX based on real user behavior

6. Data-Driven Optimization

- Define core KPIs and usage metrics
- Track feature adoption and engagement
- Suggest improvements based on analytics
- Contribute to pricing and monetization experiments

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience

- 1–2 years in Product Management (SaaS, marketplace, B2B platform preferred)
- Experience working with outsourced or remote development teams
- Early-stage startup exposure is a plus

Skills

- Robust PRD writing and documentation capability
- Ability to convert ideas into structured product frameworks
- Understanding of SaaS lifecycle and marketplace mechanics
- Wireframing & documentation tools (Figma, Miro, Notion, Jira, etc.)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
