We are looking for a skilled, articulate, and passionate Aesthetic & Skincare Telecaller (Work From Home) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound client consultations, educate leads on aesthetic procedures and skincare routines, and guide clients toward the right clinic services and treatments.

Position: Aesthetic Teleconsultant / Telecaller Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Industry: Aesthetics, Dermatology & PMU Services

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients. Conduct detailed phone consultations to understand client concerns regarding skin health, PMU (microblading, lip blush), and aesthetic treatments. Explain treatment options, procedure processes, downtime, pre/post-care routines, contraindications, and realistic expected outcomes. Qualify leads, schedule in-clinic consultations or appointments, and secure booking deposits. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients post-procedure to ensure satisfaction and assess healing progress.

Ethically recommend and cross-sell complementary skincare products and clinic treatments. Log call outcomes, client notes,



and follow-up reminders accurately into the CRM system.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.

Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in telecalling, sales, or client consultation within the aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, or skincare industry.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic skin anatomy, common skin conditions, and aesthetic/PMU treatments (e.g., semi-permanent makeup, chemical peels, lasers).

Remote Setup: Dedicated quiet workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a functional laptop/computer with a positive headset.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Empathetic listener with strong objection-handling, active listening, and rapport-building skills. Preferred Skills Experience using CRM software (e.g., Bigin etc). Background as a beauty advisor, clinic coordinator, or aesthetic counselor. Additional fluency in a regional language alongside English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
