Job Title – Accounts and Finance Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

Salary Range – 50k to 75k

Reports To: Director

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to take complete ownership of the company's finance function. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, cash flow management, and support business decisions through meaningful financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

· Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.

· Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.

· Manage cash flow, banking, and working capital.

· Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

· Coordinate audits and ensure timely financial closures.

· Monitor inventory valuation and cost controls.

· Prepare budgets,



forecasts, and profitability analysis.

· Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls.

· Work closely with leadership to support business growth.

Requirements

· CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com

· Atleast 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and compliance.

· Proficiency in Tally/ERP and Advanced Excel.

· Experience in D2C, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or E-commerce is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
