We are looking for an Operational Head to manage the operations of 5 QSR outlets and cloud kitchens, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of 5 QSR outlets and cloud kitchens.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Control food cost, manpower cost, wastage, and inventory.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Manage and develop outlet/kitchen teams.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and service quality.
- Track daily/weekly MIS and outlet performance.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, marketing, HR, and finance teams.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or cloud kitchen operations.
- Experience managing multiple outlets/locations.
- Strong leadership, cost-control, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant P&L; and operational KPIs.
Pay: ₹50,819.01 - ₹55,075.81 per month
