Qualification:
* B.Tech / B.E. (ECE, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical)
* Diploma holders with relevant field experience can also apply
Experience Required:
* 1–4 Years in ISP / Broadband / Telecom Industry
* NOC Operations Experience Mandatory
* Experience with GPON/EPON, OLT, Routers & Switches
Technical Skills:
* Network Troubleshooting (L2/L3)
* VLAN, Routing & IP Networking
* Fiber Network Maintenance
* OTDR Testing & Diagnostics
* Cisco / MikroTik Configuration
Valid Driving License Required
Willing to Travel Across Kerala
Comfortable with Rotational Shifts
