We are Hiring: HR Executive

- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (In office / Plant role).
- Monthly Salary: ₹30,500 – ₹39,500 per month (as per experience).
- Annual CTC: ₹3.66 LPA – ₹4.74 LPA.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in a manufacturing, engineering, or heavy fabrication unit.
- Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment for plant technicians and supervisory staff, supervise daily biometric attendance and shift allocations, prepare monthly payroll inputs, ensure strict adherence to Gujarat Factory Acts, PF, ESIC, and contractor labour compliance, manage shop-floor employee relations, address grievances, and oversee general plant administration including security, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
- Key Skills:



In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, contractor workforce management, and proficiency in MS Excel / HRMS.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is required for effective shop-floor and cross-departmental coordination.
- Qualification: MBA / MSW / MHRM / BBA or Graduate with a relevant Diploma in Labour Laws / Personnel Management.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Pay: ₹30,500.00 - ₹39,500.00 per month
