Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Experience: 5–8 Years | Location: Surat, Gujarat
Industry: Automotive Components (Car Seating, Interiors, and Trims)
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee daily preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for our car seating and interior trim manufacturing unit in Surat. In this role, you will lead the maintenance team to maximize equipment uptime across foam molding, stitching, frame assembly, and automated lines, while managing department budgets and spare parts. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining all required IATF 16949 documentation, driving TPM initiatives, conducting root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, CAPA) for equipment failures, and participating in audits. Additionally, you will oversee plant utilities, drive energy saving and Kaizen projects,



and enforce strict 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in automotive seating, interior trims, PU foam molding, or interior plastic components.
- Deep working knowledge and audit experience with IATF 16949 standards and maintenance documentation.
- Robust background in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and automated assembly equipment.
- Proven leadership abilities to manage a technical team and collaborate effectively across departments.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
