Roles & Responsibilities – Spa Therapist

- Perform professional spa treatments, body therapies, massages, facials, and other services as per the centre’s protocols.
- Consult with clients to understand their concerns and recommend suitable treatments or packages.
- Ensure proper preparation, hygiene, sanitation, and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Provide a comfortable, qualified, and personalized experience to every client.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and service-quality standards while performing treatments.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment details, and product usage.
- Educate clients about post-treatment care and recommend appropriate home-care products when required.




- Achieve individual and team service targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
- Identify suitable opportunities to promote relevant treatments, packages, and products without being overly pushy.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.
- Coordinate with the centre manager and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and high level of customer service at all times.

Working Hours

- 10-hour shift per day.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
