Fit My Job is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our team in Manjeri, Malappuram.

Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.
* Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
* Follow up with leads and potential customers.
* Maintain professional communication with customers through calls and other channels.
* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
* Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure smooth customer handling.
* Follow company policies and sales processes.
Eligibility & Qualifications
* Minimum qualification: Plus Two or above.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and professional telephone communication.
* Customer-oriented approach with good convincing skills.
* Ability to work towards sales targets.
* Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
