Job Title: Senior HR – Retail (Fashion)Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional with strong experience in the retail/fashion industry to manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning across retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations for retail stores and corporate/fashion teams.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of retail staff.
- Hire and manage fashion designers, sales executives, store managers, visual merchandisers, and other retail staff.
- Develop manpower plans based on store requirements and business growth.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Manage employee performance appraisal and KPI processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance,



recruitment, and performance.
- Work closely with store managers and business heads to resolve HR-related issues.
- Support organizational development and HR policy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Robust knowledge of retail hiring and workforce management.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and HR processes.
- Ability to manage multiple stores/teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll, attendance, and recruitment systems.

Preferred Experience

Experience in fashion retail, apparel, lifestyle brands, fashion design companies, or multi-store retail operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
